3rd European Innovation Summit
The 3rd European Innovation Summit (EIS) "Towards a European Innovation Ecosystem" will be organised in two major events, in Warsaw and in the European Parliament in Brussels.
From 10 to 13 October 2011 the most renowned innovation conference in the European Union will take place for the third time in partnership with the EU Presidency, the European Commission and the European Parliament. The Warsaw event is a ‘Ministerial Conference’ organised by the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education and the results will be presented at the Commission ‘Innovation Convention’ in December in Brussels.
The President of the European Parliament, Prof. Jerzy Buzek, the European Commissioner, Mrs. Máire Geoghegan-Quinn, the Minister of Science and Higher Education of Poland, Prof. Barbara Kudrycka, the US Ambassador to the EU, Mr. William Kennard, and many other outstanding personalities from the public, private the academic sectors will contribute to this exceptional event.
The 3rd European Innovation Summit is an excellent opportunity to participate, take an active role, speak, exhibit and become a visible part of the summit agenda. Among the highlights is an evening discussion on ‘Transatlantic Innovation Cooperation in a Globalized World’.
